4. Data Sharing

We share your personal data only in the following circumstances:

  • Stripe, Inc. — for payment processing. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
  • Companies House — we query their public API to retrieve company filing data on your behalf.
  • Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and database providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements — where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of FINE GUARD LTD or others.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

6. International Transfers

Your data is processed primarily within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside these regions (e.g. to US-based service providers), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the ICO.
